Features

Drive Assembly with Sprocket

Offers non-slip belt movement

Plastic chain conveyors are driven by a sprocket assembly that allows for heavier loads, non-slip belt movement, consistent tracking and higher speeds.

Rigid Steel Frame with Wear Strips

Ensures smooth, quiet operation

The laser-cut, 10-gauge steel frame includes wear strips that allow for smooth, quiet belt movement and continuous belt tracking. Three wear strip options are available: edge guides flush with the belt, 1" sides that extend .5" above the belt, and 2" sides that extend 1.5" above the belt.

Lube-for-Life Bearings

Precision roller bearings offer greater load capacity and longer life

Our Lube-for-Life bearings utilize a solid lubricant that eliminates the need for bearing re-lubrication for the life of the bearing.

Plastic Chain Belt Options

Flextrac belts are standard 1" pitch modular belts, meaning each chain is 1" wide. The modules are linked with plastic pins to create the belt. The options below are available in a variety of plastics including FDA, antistatic, chemical resistant, and heat resistant.

Flush Grid

General purpose belting

Well suited for general conveying, as well as cooling, draining and packaged food applications.

Flat Top

Flat top belts offer 0% open area and high lateral stiffness.

Grip Top

Grip top belts are abrasion resistant and include high friction pads that can assist with positive part movement.

Flights and Side Guards

Ensure positive part movement, especially in incline and decline applications

Single-piece, injection-molded flights can be assembled into the belt. Flights keep product moving in a positive direction in incline applications, and prevent product from falling too quickly in decline applications. They can also be used in tandem with side guards to make a pocket for parts. Available in 1", 2" and 3" heights.
