All training, including the morning welcome reception, will take place at QC Conveyors headquarters. We will provide a light breakfast and lunch both days and dinner at the end of Day 1 (dinner is off-site).
Training begins at 7:30 on Day 1 and ends by 2:00 on Day 2.
There will be several breaks between classes for calls and to check emails, and you are encouraged to bring your laptop computers. You’ll have access to WiFi throughout the building.
The attire for the day is business casual.
Hotel
We have special rates set up at the following hotels:
Holiday Inn Cincinnati Eastgate; please use Corporate ID 100326491. The bus to dinner leaves from and returns to this hotel.
Fairfield Inn & Suites; please use Corporate Code ZIL. It is immediately adjacent to the Holiday Inn.
Flights
If you are flying, we recommend flying into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). It’s 27 miles from our offices.
Getting Around
We strongly recommend renting a car. No hotels nearby offer an airport shuttle and Uber/Lyft service can be spotty.
If you’re unable to rent a car, Executive Transportation offers a shuttle service from the airport to the Eastgate area hotels for $60 each way. We don’t provide transportation from the hotel to our offices, but you may be able to coordinate with other attendees who do have a car.
