All training, including the morning welcome reception, will take place at QC Conveyors headquarters. We will provide a light breakfast and lunch both days and dinner at the end of Day 1 (dinner is off-site; transportation will be provided from the Holiday Inn Eastgate and back).
Training begins at 7:30 on Day 1 and ends by 3:15 on Day 2.
There will be several breaks between classes for calls and to check emails, and you are encouraged to bring your laptop computers. We have a WiFi network set up throughout our offices.
The attire for the day is business casual. Our employees wear long sleeve logo business shirts, no ties. You are welcome to wear whatever makes sense for your organization. Please keep in mind you will be working around conveyors when you are here.
For hotels, we recommend the Holiday Inn Eastgate. Our corporate rate is $109/night. You can book online using the links below or by calling them directly (513-752-4400) and letting them know you're with QC Conveyors. This is a nice hotel that features both a bar and fitness center on-site. The shuttle for dinner will depart from and return to this hotel.
If you are flying, we recommend checking the Dayton (DAY) and Columbus (CMH) airports in addition to Cincinnati (CVG). Dayton and Columbus are usually less expensive. The travel times from the airports to QC Conveyors are: Cincinnati: 40 minutes; Dayton: 1 hour 15 minutes; Columbus: 2+ hours.
We strongly recommend renting a car. No hotels nearby offer an airport shuttle and taxi service is spotty. We recommend Enterprise. Our corporate number is 38N0081. The PIN is “QCI.” You are welcome to use this number for all of your travels.
If you're unable to rent a car, Executive Transportation offers a shuttle service from the airport to the Eastgate area hotels for $60 each way. We don't provide transportation from the hotel to our offices, but you may be able to coordinate with other attendees who do have a car.
