We’re excited to announce QC Industries has been acquired by Duravant, a global engineered equipment manufacturer serving the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors.
Headquartered in Downers Grove, IL, Duravant has a broad portfolio of operating companies able to provide end-to-end process solutions for their customers. Much like QC Industries, they focus on building long-term customer relationships, innovative products, and engineering expertise.
QC Industries will continue as an operating company within the larger Duravant family. Our headquarters remain in Cincinnati and our staff remains unchanged. Dave Endres, our current Vice President and General Manager, will take the helm of QC Industries after 24 years with the company. You’ll continue to hear from the same sales, engineering and customer service team members you’ve come to know over the years.
This acquisition puts QC Industries in an excellent position for continued growth, giving us access to broader resources that will accelerate our investment in innovative technologies and customer-centric solutions.
