UC East has now taken 81,000 sqyare feet of office space and as a part of a 25 year growth plan will offer Bachelors level degrees. The agreement includes an option to buy the 45 acres of land around the building.

In December 2010 Entrepreneur Magazine announced Penn Station was ranked 141 in this years Franchise 500.
