Just like our other conveyors, HydroClean Series HC200 Conveyors are configured with the help of rules developed by our engineers that ensure the conveyor will work in your application. Once you’ve configured your conveyor (or an entire system of conveyors), you’ll receive a detailed quote and you’ll have the option to download the appropriate 3D CAD models and spec sheets for your chosen conveyor.
HC200 conveyors feature a hygienic design meant to be easily cleaned in sanitary applications. Their belt, drive, tail and sides/guides can be easily removed without using any tools (see the video). Designed to meet stringent NSF standards for sanitation, they offer a self-draining frame, minimal horizontal surfaces and hex head fasteners to reduce opportunities for bacteria to accumulate.
