Quote Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to quotations issued by QC Conveyors, LLC (“QC Conveyors”). By placing an order pursuant to a quotation, the purchaser acknowledges that the order is subject to these provisions and QC Conveyors’ standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Credit Approval and Payment Terms

All payment terms are subject to credit evaluation and approval by QC Conveyors. Advance payment, in whole or in part, may be required based on the results of the credit evaluation, order value, inclusion of custom or nonstandard products, or other factors determined by QC Conveyors.

2. Quotation Modifications

Any changes to the products, quantities, specifications, configurations, or other requirements identified in a quotation may result in adjustments to pricing, lead times, or other quoted terms.

3. Installation and Equipment Securement

The end user is solely responsible for ensuring that all products are properly installed, mounted, and secured to adjacent equipment, supporting structures, and/or the floor, as applicable.

4. Safety Guarding

The end user is responsible for determining, providing, and maintaining all necessary safety guarding and protective measures required for the installation, integration, and operation of the products in their intended application.

5. Pricing, Specifications, and Availability

All pricing, product specifications, availability, lead times, and commercial terms are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Additional Charges

Applicable taxes, expedited processing fees, freight, shipping, handling, and restocking charges are not included in quoted product pricing unless expressly stated otherwise. Such charges may vary and are not eligible for discounts.

7. Errors and Omissions

QC Conveyors shall not be liable for errors or omissions in quotations, including pricing, specifications, or other information, or for any resulting consequences. QC Conveyors reserves the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders arising from inaccurate or incomplete quotations.

8. Governing Terms of Sale

All sales are subject to QC Conveyors’ standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. These quotation provisions supplement, and do not replace, those terms.

9. Application Suitability and Performance

QC Conveyors makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the products identified in a quotation will be suitable for or perform as intended in any particular end-user application. Product performance may be affected by numerous application-specific factors and operating conditions beyond the control of QC Conveyors.

10. Drawings and Dimensional Verification

All drawings, models, and technical documentation supplied by QC Conveyors are subject to revision and may contain errors or omissions. Changes to product specifications or designs may result in differences between products ultimately supplied and drawings provided at the time of quotation.

The purchaser and end user are responsible for verifying all critical dimensions, clearances, and application-specific requirements with QC Conveyors prior to placing an order.

11. Freight and Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all quotations are F.O.B. QC Conveyors, Batavia, Ohio 45103. Shipping charges will be determined at the time of shipment.

If QC Conveyors incurs additional carrier charges due to incomplete, inaccurate, or inadequate shipping information provided by the purchaser, those charges will be invoiced separately, together with a $35 processing fee.

12. Order Cancellations and Returns

Order cancellations and product returns are subject to applicable cancellation or restocking charges, which may be as much as 100% of the affected item’s value. Fees vary depending on product type, configuration, and order status. Purchasers should contact QC Conveyors to determine applicable charges and return eligibility before requesting a cancellation or return.

13. Product Selection and Performance Requirements

The end user is solely responsible for establishing the performance criteria, operating conditions, and technical requirements of the intended application and for determining whether the quoted products satisfy those requirements.

14. Application Data Accuracy

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing all application information and specifications associated with a quotation and promptly notifying QC Conveyors of any missing, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

Failure to identify and correct discrepancies may result in improper product selection, unsatisfactory performance, product failure, and/or voiding of applicable product warranties.

15. Configuration Errors and Warnings

Any quotation containing unresolved error or warning messages within its Bill of Materials is considered incomplete and invalid.

Such quotations must be reviewed and corrected by a QC Conveyors sales specialist before an order may be accepted. Failure to resolve all identified errors and warnings prior to ordering will void all applicable product warranties.

16. Lead Time Commencement

Quoted lead times begin upon receipt of the purchaser’s purchase order by QC Conveyors, LLC, provided all additional order requirements, if applicable, have been satisfied.

For orders requiring signed approval drawings, customer-supplied equipment drawings, and/or advance payment, lead time will begin only after all required documentation and payment have been received.

  • Conveyor orders: 12:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time

  • Parts orders: 3:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time

If the final applicable requirement is received after the applicable cutoff time or on a non-business day, lead time will commence on the following business day.
